Very nice, but fit is interesting

My wife likes the shirt, but feels like she is between sizes. The lower sleeves are too tight, but the sleeves are already so far off the shoulder. She feels like she needs a bigger size for the sleeves, but a smaller size for the shoulder placement. It just is an odd fit. . . beautiful shirt though.
