I like the fit and center hole in the Nose Gym. It adheres well. But it leaves a ring of very sticky black residue on my tender, older skin. It does not wash off with soap and has to be scraped off.

These are a game changer. They work as advertised. The adhesive is strong without harming your skin when you remove it. I’m sleeping better and waking up without a dry throat. Great product.
