They don’t stay on my feet as the heel is too wide. Shoe is also a bit long. Will try Dr Scholl insoles and stick on heel adjusters. They look just like the ad so that’s a ples.

The shoes rub against my ankle bone. It doesn’t rub for my 12 year old daughter but does for me. Otherwise, they look beautiful and I would have kept them.

They took forever to come. These “orthopedic” shoes have zero arch support. They sent me two right foot shoes and want me to pay to get the left. They do not give refunds for any reason and if you want an exchange you can buy what you want for a 60% discount. This company is almost comically horrible.
