Brielle - Orthopedic Walking Shoes

Very cheap pair of shoes i would like to return both since i ordered 1 n thought it asked if a wanted a 10% discount n i clicked yes then it ordeted another pair. Will never order snythong again from tjis website. Now there is no returns even tno it said 30 days is there any way shop can help me get my money back?

These are about as generic as you could ask for. Definitely nothing "orthopedic" about them. And the only way to attempt to get a refund is to pay $60 to have them shipped back to Asia and a $20 re-stocking fee. Ladies, please don't fall for "Styled By Susan".

First of all: this company ships from China even though the website says it is in Massachusetts. Shoes were narrow and short even thought I ordered my regular size. I've contacted company to get a 30-day refund guarantee (per their website). Well this is not how it works. They wanted to replace my shoes with a different size or another product but I had to pay shipping from China. To return the shoes I must pay shipping plus pay a $20 restocking fee. I still was not guaranteed my full refund because the purchase could have been lost or damaged during shipping, it needed to be inspected first. These charges would be more than the cost of the shoes. I would not advise anyone in US to buy from this company.
