Lynn - orthopedic comfortable heels

The fit was too high on the side and comes too far over the top of my foot. The shoes look much more elevated in the photo. Shoes were shipped in a plastic bag with very little protection. They have a return policy where you email their customer service. I emailed and have had NO REPLY. I have called the customer service phone number and its busy. After second email I did receive a kind reply. The return needs to be made to warehouse in China. The cost to ship internationally plus the $20 restocking fee doesn’t warrant a return. Company did offer to send different size or color and would only charge the shipping. Nice offer but the shoes just didnt work.

The poor construction qualiy of the shoes is disappointing. Color of shoe is more milky brown than a dark reddish brown depicted in the picture. Wide toe base so the she gaps on the edge near the top front of foot. I have never worn a wide toed shoe nor a slim narrow toe based shoe, just average width. Not worth $80.

They look nice but are cheaply made. I ordered a size 9 going up a half size to ensure good fit. The shoe is too tight and doesnt fit. The return policy is $20 restocking fee and I pay shipping back to Asia. I will likely donate these shoes. Sadly, they are too uncomfortable to wear.
