I increased my deadlift PB from 200 to 220 kilos the first time wearing these gloves. It only took a few lifts to work out how to use them effectively. I thought I was just using my soft office hands, painful calluses, and my avoidance of strength sessions after HIIT as an excuse. But obviously having a good grip of the bar does help!

They take a while to get used to but my bar work has definitely improved already
