First time ordering from Outdoor Home. Called the store to ask a few questions the pizza oven, and the salesperson spent quite a bit of time with me giving all the details I needed. Ordered the unit using the online portal and it shipped the next day and was at my door 2 days after that. I would not hesitate to order from OH again. As for the pizza oven, it works as advertised (a bit of a tight fit in the 480, but it fits). Have made pizzas and calzones and they all turned out as good as any I have had in dedicated pizza ovens.
