Leisure loop Top

I bought the black Loop jacket in-store, and the fabric was lovely and flowy. After that, I ordered the khaki and beige versions online, but unfortunately, they were made of a completely different, much thicker fabric that felt like cardboard. They were uncomfortable and not suitable for any season. I returned the items to the store, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, when they called the owner to confirm the return policy, the phone call was unnecessarily long, about an entire minutes!! It was clear the owner was not happy about my return, and I had to listen to a long explanation about the store’s return policy, which was frustrating. I just wanted a simple exchange, but the experience left me hesitant to shop online with Urban Culture again. That said, I will still visit the store occasionally to try on items and check the quality before making a decision.
