Sudden Sensation Blazer

I purchased the blazer based on the model's suggested measurements, which led me to believe I needed a larger size than hers. When I first tried it on, I thought the fit was intentionally oversized, but I've since realized it's simply too big for me. I think I would be much happier with a smaller size. I contacted customer service about an exchange. Although they responded initially, I never received any follow-up, which was disappointing. What makes the situation even more frustrating is the return and exchange process. I find the policy unnecessarily complicated, and having to pay for return shipping adds to the inconvenience. Because of this experience, I don't think I'll be making future purchases from this company, regardless of the quality of the products.

I love this brand. Fabulous jacket, light weight for Autumn, Spring days. Its a large make so size down ftom your usual.
