Product arrived in 3 separate plastic bags with a scan code that showed the directions. Not great, but my son was able to put it together and really likes it despite the confusing directions.
Might order a truck now. Hoping all the pieces show up!

Not great. Product instructions difficult to follow. Parts missing. Quality not great.
