Low-range Bluetooth

I received my Buzz Lightyear 30th Anniversary, and it’s amazing. The only issue is that when I connect it to the app, the Bluetooth range is very short. It disconnects very quickly, which is frustrating because I have to keep reconnecting it every 30 seconds just to use it with the app. Maybe the issue is that the app is not updated. Robosen, please update the app!

Product arrived on time znd in great condition. This is a birthday present so it hasn’t been opened yet.

Stopped working after a week

It stopped working after a week, we called for support and there's no live person answering calls during business hours. Left a message over a week ago and still haven't been called back. It was great while it worked but if you can't get support when you need it, it's just an expensive statue of a toy.
