Niacinamide & Hyaluronic Acid Skin Support Serum

★★★★☆ 4/5 I've been using this serum at night under my Ultra Restorative Night Cream, and my skin definitely seems to like it. It provides good hydration, layers well with a moisturizer, and leaves my skin feeling soft and comfortable by morning. The ingredient list is one of the reasons I purchased it. Niacinamide, glycerin, hyaluronic acid, ferments, and allantoin make for a simple, skin-friendly formula without a lot of unnecessary extras. My main criticism is the texture. It leaves a noticeable tacky finish on my skin, which is why I prefer using it only at night. I'm also not a fan of some of the marketing claims around pore tightening and wrinkle reduction, which feel a bit overstated. Overall, it's a solid hydrating serum with a great ingredient list, but the tackiness keeps it from being a 5-star product for me.

I just started using this serum. Easy to apply and feels good under moisturizer. Need a few weeks to truly evaluate. But given how much I love all the other Smith Farm products, I'm sure I will love this one as well.
