LOVEEEEE the quality of the dresses, so worth it

Some of the worst customer service ive ever experienced. Took ages for my items to ship which is understandable however the seller kept telling me that my items had been shipped when they had not. I had to email and message so many times in order to get my items sent to me, only for the seller to take days to respond and or even not at all. I genuinely thought i was being scammed at one point. After raising a complaint with Australi post, my parcel was eventually shipped. Then, once my parcel had been shipped, only one of the items (ordered 2) was in the package. I then had to contact the seller multiple times to find out where my item was. She claimed to have shipped it already however I could see on the postage dates that the courier only received my parcel the day after I complained about this. I understand that this is a small business so long waits are expected however the communication from the seller was awful. With that being said, the items are good quality and as advertised.
