Ordered a new mast and Apache-R sail. The website worked well - no hassle at all. Delivery was way faster than expected and they arrived the day that was specified. Rigged it up yesterday to check everything was working and make sure I knew what settings were required. No problems at all the sail looks great, nice twist off on the leach and plenty of grunt down low where I need it. The sail rotates well delivering a healthy thunder crack as the cams snap into position. I can see there has been lot of thought put into useful/practical improvements in the layout and materials etc... Big fan of : the plastic zips/zip closers for the cam pockets and mast sleeve boom pocket + nice moulded padded board protector - no reliability issues there. The Leach is x ply and I have no concerns about longevity.
