HayBoss Large Round Bale Feeder

Time will tell, so far so awesome!

We received our Hayboss large hex feeder and got right to work putting it together-this did take us a couple hours but is easy enough! Once we had the correct hay net (wrong size shipped-but this was corrected super fast!!) we think it seems to be great! We only just got it a week ago so time will tell. The plastic seems durable. The joiners are very strong. Hoping this will last a really long time. Now we can cover the biggest size hay bale without having to wrap in a net hurrah! Horses seem to enjoy grazing it and is nothing new to them. We got the 1.5 size and they are happy. Considering we didn't have a net on the bale for a week (the amount of waste was horrendous!!!). Now it will keep the hay tidy and little to no waste. This is saving us a fortune. Was a bit on the pricey side-may try the poly ring next to compare durability in our other field. NEVER buying a metal feeder again!
