Clear Quartz Crystal Weighted Tuning Fork Boot

To be honest, I can't tell the difference between the clear quartz and the amethyst boots in terms of the effects they have on the forks. The two forks I use them with (128 and 136.1 weighted) both have short shafts and are tiring to hold after a while. The weight of the boots makes them better balanced and more comfortable to use. Both boots seem to produce a slightly longer, more penetrating vibration and are easier to move around on the skin. Do the boots produce a magical transformation of the forks? No. The effect is quite mild but noticeable and, at their very minimal price, I'd rather have them than not.
