Its not as good as fresh cream but its nice to have to add to your coffe or to make some quick cream if no freash cream available

Love it!
I love the goat cream flakes! Since I can't tolerate cow dairy, I use it to make a rich, indulgent coffee creamer to keep in the refrigerator, which also doubles as a topper for fresh berries, to make velvety sauces ... anything heavy cream would do! I don't think I'd go back to cow daily even if I could!
