Heavyweight Hoodie

Got a damaged product. I have returned it. The customer support had asked for a call but I wanted to keep all the records so I requested to keep all conversations on my mail. I have returned the product still waiting on a refund.

Absolutely love my heavyweight hoodie. It's soft and feels well constructed. Heavy duty. Like it will last for years. The measurements are exactly as advertised. I love the color, exactly like the photo. In fact, I like this hoodie better than my hoodie from Talentless. I will be making further purchases from DirectBlanks instead of Talentless, because I like DirectBlanks's stuff better than Talentless. The quality and construction is better, and I like their earth colors better. Great job, DirectBlanks. You just earned a return customer.

This hoodie is a bit roomy, which is good, and is bright white which I really love. Unfortunately, it's not as plush and soft as it could be, thus only 4 stars. Still, it's a great buy.
