Had a little trouble with the payment page not working and customer service was very quick to fix it and very polite. My son loves using this 3D printer, and subscription is a reasonable price to get acces to all the great features it comes with.

We’ve been paying $20 a month for coins that let our son print special items, but the first one we tried to print failed. Customer service sent a list of steps to take in fixing the printer; however, nothing worked and print after print continued to get the “something’s not right” message. At no point did they express concern that the special print we attempted didn’t work, nor did they care that we were wasting printer food on each attempt after trying their fruitless solutions. Don’t take my word for it — there are multiple Reddit threads and Facebook posts dedicated to this problem and the lack of concern and empathy offered by customer service.
