ULTRAKILL *ULTRA LED* Key Chains

2 Keychains. Both Broke in 3 Days.

I desperately did not want to do this, but my hand has been forced. I ordered the Jackhammer and enjoyed it, but after only 3 days of hanging it on my school bag and water bottle, it stopped charging. I contacted customer support; radio silence for 2 weeks (They said they fixed the issue where they're not getting my emails. They have not). I even tried the New Blood Facebook page and the CEO's email, but nothing. Finally, someone on the Discord got me in contact with another guy who got me in contact with a different support email (And then dropped off the map...), who, very kindly, refunded my original purchase and sent me a new keychain free of charge. I was delighted that I could finally show my support. It broke too. I am out nothing but time and yet I still feel ripped off. But since I've got nothing to lose I'm going to crack one open and see if I can figure out what makes it tick. I'm not happy :( Also the colors wash out when it's low on battery.

Happy with receiving keychain

Just to let other people looking to buy this know, if you're planning to buy other things with the weapon keychain or possibly the figurine stands, make sure none of the other items you're buying are made of metal like the V1 pin as theres a chance they might get sealed in the same bag and the plastic might get scratched up a little bit by the metal like how mine did. But even with the small little scratches I got with mine, they didn't ruin the design of it (cause it wasn't the printing thankfully) and it still looks very good, and I'm very happy with how it turned out.
