Excited to Order, Disappointed to Open

I recently received my package have a few concerns. The fortune bag arrived with white hairs on it and the hole inserts still attached, which was a bit disappointing to open. I also completed a size questionnaire that included a bangle size question, so I expected a bangle to be included; instead I received a small chain ring. The ring itself is fine, but if size questions are being asked, customers reasonably expect to receive that item. The 3 items that were sent, are nice. They’re not any of the options pictured in the slideshow for the fortune bag, but that was okay. I think I’m more disappointed in the presentation and the lack of the bracelet or bangle. From a customer’s perspective, receiving an item in this condition, especially when it looks so different from what’s shown on your website and Instagram, makes the experience feel rushed and undervalued. I was genuinely excited filming my unboxing for Facebook and TikTok, but the product as received doesn’t reflect the brand image they’ve built online. I did send a message via instagram, but was left on read.

The jewelry is okay. One of the pieces I received, Orbit Duo, while beautiful, was not secure and didn’t last one wearing before coming apart, lost to the streets of New York. The necklace I received, Charlotte, is more like a choker, limiting how often I will be wearing it. But the ring, Weave, fits and matches the description on the website.

The ring was cute and the earrings were perfect. Idk if the third item was a bracelet or a necklace. Overall cute but less green jade and more colorful jade than I was expecting. High quality though. I will be ordering from them again in the future
