Beautiful Rug! Amazing Customer Service!

I ordered my runner having never ordered from Get My Rugs before. I am always hesitant to order from places I’m not familiar that don’t have many reviews. I’ll be honest, I was worried I got scammed when I received confirmation of the rug being shipped but with no tracking updates from FedEx. I called FedEx and they said they had no package. When I reached out to Get My Rugs’ customer service, they were extremely responsive, professional, and helpful! They looked into my issue and it turns out, FedEx lost the package, unfortunately. Get My Rugs immediately shipped me a new rug and I received it within days. I love it and it seems to be good quality! It’s fluffy and cozy on the feet, and the pattern and colors are beautiful!
