I'd like to start by saying that the employees were beyond sweet, very helpful, and great to chat with. No issues in that department at all. My 3 stars are related to the product. I am an avid matcha drinker and unfortunately just didn't love it. My drink was a very dull green, almost teetering on yellow, which is unfortunately a sign that the matcha used was not great. The matcha flavor itself was also very dull. If you're someone who doesn't like the taste of matcha, then maybe it'd be for you but if you love being able to taste the slight bitterness and Unami, then I wouldn't recommend. I'll have to try their coffee next time as I've heard good things about that.

Great Coffee

I appreciate the way Foxtail roasts their coffee beans. It makes for a smooth tasting coffee. They also have excellent customer service and a beautiful storefront to enjoy. I will be back.
