I appreciate that Tribal credited my order in full and paid for the return postage. If Tribal had not given me full credit I would never buy from site again. It was very stressful and inconvenient. Having said that I believe Tribal needs to look at your order placing system. There should be a prompt to confirm your order, making it possible to change size, colour, etc. like other sites I use.
