TRAVEL SIZE DETANGLING BRUSH

Bought for my daughters as an everyday brush rather than for travel. Read that it was good for detangling. I would say good on dry hair but really good on wet hair. One has straight hair, the other wavy/curly hair and the brush works well on both. It feels a little flimsy sometimes because of the design but not broken yet.

I love the pop brushes we’ve been using them for over a year now. Both me and my daughter use them and have swapped over from the wet brushes we’ve used to swear by. The travel sized one is best for my 7 year old. Her friends are buying their own after trying hers at a sleepover. You still get the odd knot but nothing like what we had with the paddle brushes I used to buy from the supermarket. 10/10 would recommend.

I love your products and this isn't my first order, but your customer service is terrible. Your website stated an estimated delivery date and the delivery was delayed by more than a week. I emailed customer service numerous times asking for an update and didn't receive a single response. I tried contacting customer service again by messenger and Instagram and still no responses. Your customer service definitely let's you down, especially when your website states customer service 24/7
