INFUSIO Balsamic Vinegar

NOT THE SAME

I haven't made an Infusio purchase in at least a couple years or more. I decided to get my favorite one, Vanilla Fig. Let me start by saying I've been using Suzanne Organics for over 15 years. I've seen and felt the changes in the products over the years, especially as of late. This balsamic smelled so rancid when I opened it and then when I tasted it I gagged. This is NOT the thick, rich, velvety vanilla fig flavored balsamic I fell in love with. This smells and tastes so acidic. I actually called customer service about the quality of the product and was initially told I could only be sent another one of the same flavor. I was told that the bottle I received shouldn't be expired yet. I pressed on about this flavor and was able to get a Black Cherry balsamic sent in place. This one isn't much better. I used to love the Black Cherry too but this is also much more acidic. Long gone is the rich, thick, velvety balsamics I used to love.
