INFUSIO Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

I love this product. I’ve bought it before but what I didn’t realize I’m supposed to keep it in the refrigerator and I don’t know how you can thicken it so I put it back in my cabinet. I don’t want bacteria in it, but I think that should be on the label that we had to refrigerate it.
