The shoe appeared to have been tried on by another person or customer before I received it. One side was fully laced and the other side was unlaced and seemed to be tried on. In my personal experience, I wouldn't buy anything from this store as it's not entirely brand new. For the price I paid, I wished brand new meant it came deadstock, not touched and unlaced. Plus, the way they took a photo of me sneakily and fast instead of just asking me for a photo, it just screamed a bad experience for me at least.
