Beautiful Custom Diploma Covers, Customer Service not as beautiful

The Diploma Covers we ordered used a custom logo. They were beautiful. My only complaint is that it took longer than expected based on shipping information on the website. I also wasn't provided a proof for approval (using my logo - hoping the file was correct and final product would be what I wanted based on the options I had when I placed the order). I had tried calling the company to talk with someone and left a message, but it was never returned. I reached out by email after a while and it was returned giving me an anticipated ship date. After placing the order - I kind of had to just hope for the best. They turned out GREAT, but the waiting and lack of info in the process was stressful. I will order again, especially because I am now confident in the quality of the final product, but I will adjust my expectations on responsiveness and order earlier based on the length of time it took this time.
