RuffLand Cushy Ride - Kennel Pad

WARNING: ZERO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This was hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. Getting in touch with this company was completely impossible. They completely ghosted me until I was forced to file a formal dispute with my credit card company. Only then did they suddenly decide to respond. It took an astonishing 43 days just to get a refund started. A month and a half of waiting for basic service is entirely unacceptable. To make matters worse, they slapped me with a ridiculous 35% restocking fee. This fee was absolutely nowhere to be found in their listed return policy. It's there for the kennels but not for the pads, but apparently, KENNEL and PADS are the same exact thing to this company. They completely made it up to penalize me for their own incompetence. This company operates with zero transparency and zero respect for their customers. Save yourself the massive headache, the wasted weeks, and the stolen money. Do not buy from them.
