Love these!

My first pair of lifting shoes. These have really changed how im lifting. By proviing me a solid foundation for pushig through and staying grounded. Im normally an 8. 5W and followed the advice to size up to 9. Tad long but fits great witout putting pressure on the side of my foot. I wish it was wider so i didnt have to have a longer shoe but still manageable
