A bright future ahead for a thorough company
After surfing on the web I found the webpage of Luxbrellas, whom I never heard about before. Still the concept of their products looked extremely appealing to me; so testing the quality of the company before making a big purchase, I decided to order a PF102 umbrella, a short and comfortable one to handle, with a wood handle.
I received my purchase a couple of weeks later (since I´m in Mexico and the company I understand is in the UK). In reference to the quality of the product I can say I´m satisfied, is a good product, very finesse, very english, the price is OK and the quality service is fairly good. Not to mention that everything ran smooth thru my payment method.
Personally, I don´t give it a 5 star evaluation because I was expecting more, in reference to the wood handle, which is not solid and the top of the umbrella, which does not have a double canopy, for the windy days, and here in my town, believe me we have windy days on spring. important to mention that they do expose those characteristics on the details chapter of the PF102 presentation. I would have not minded to pay a little more for those two additional details which would have made a perfect umbrella for me. Still, above those persnickety details of mine, I am satisfied and they passed the test, and I´m going to get a duckhead umbrella soon.
If they, Parachase/Luxbrellas, continue taking care of the quality of their products and their clients, I can forsee a bright future ahead for them.
