I purchased this unit to replace one of the two same units I had installed 4 years ago, the fan went out of balance making a grinding noise. Maybe I just got a lemon, I'm willing to have another go with the same brand saving me from patching gyprock. Sleek looking, good lighting and extraction. generally, quiet when in use.
