First time industrial machine user/owner

This machine is exactly what I needed and expected. It is a very straightforward, simple and tough machine. It performs well. There is definitely a learning curve but so worth it. The customer service folks have been patient and helpful helpful.

Whoa! Love mine!

I haven’t used a sewing machine since I was a teenager and that was only once! But I needed to cut my production time down from being a hand-stitcher, so I chose this baby.
