NRG S501

It has been nearly a month and a half and I still have not received them. I looked today to check on what was going on and it showed my order as "deleted." I have not received any refund or any other information. This is the second time I have ordered and had a terrible experience. I loved the shoes when they finally arrived the first time, so I thought I'd try again with no expectations of a decent delivery time and I stayed on top of the stupid "membership" nonsense. I won't try again and I encourage everyone to avoid this company.

All is great! But I feel if you guys would explain that you signing with the understanding that we will debited your account occurred charges every month wen they only wanted one pair at the time of purchase etc.. call it what you want you can loss customer/ support

Well one pair came wrap in plastic and the other pair didn't. Also who ever delivered just throw the package on the porch. There clear directions on the porch where to put the package 📦 thanks
