It took much longer than I had expected to arrive. There was no way to track it because the tracking number always took me back to your website. I thought for awhile that I wasn't going to receive my order.

Was out of stock of ones i ordered and customer service reached out asking if i wanted a different color or refund. They responded quickly everytime i had a question or follow up

Iʻm not a fan of heavy sneakers, this shoe is perfect for me. It fits in anything I carry, itʻs lightweight and most of all its very comfy. I got white, but next time, Iʻm trying those pretty colors. The size is on point. I highly recommend it!
