Custom Embroidered Toiletry Bag

I had 12 toiletry bags embroidered for my bachelorette. The initials on each bag looked different and not one of them was cenetered; they are all positioned slightly to the right which looks so off. Some initials were also placed higher up, and some were spaced differently. I reached out to the seller and very kindly asked that either all 12 be re-done correctly, or I get a refund (and I provided photo evidence) and she immediately declined.
