Great Products- one minor hiccup

I made my purchase here in order to support a company which supports Palestine. I purchased: the Jerusalem blend whole beans bundle, the kcup variety pack, a couple of stickers and a second Palestinian mug. The quality of all the items were great, however the length of time that it took for the items to arrive was longer than expected. The first portion of my order took about two weeks. My Jerusalem blend whole beans were missing, so I tried reaching out via the shop app, and the company’s messenger. I did not receive any any replies so I had to resort to posting on the company’s Facebook page. I did not receive any response from the company, but I did get my coffee about a week later. I think that I would have felt better if someone would have reached out when the problem occurred. I will continue to buy from the Palestinian Coffee Company because their products are great and they support a great cause.

I tried the Pali Starter Lit Single Serve Pods and the taste is superb! Highly recommend to any coffee lover!

Excellent coffee blends

I really enjoyed this starter kit because I could try many different kinds. I really enjoyed that these were single cup servings that I could make when I didn’t have time to make a pot of coffee.
