Absolutely worth it.

The output is strong, the sound is warm and full, and transitions feel smoother than with my previous cartridges. I play mostly minimal and microhouse on vinyl, and the Taruya Red fits that sound perfectly. Great tracking, great sound, and a noticeable upgrade overall.
