The Shaw (Mexico Washed /Ethiopia Natural)

I’ve been using the 5 lb bag of Offset Coffee Roasters’ Shaw blend, and it’s been excellent. The beans are consistently fresh, easy to dial in, and produce a smooth, balanced espresso with just the right amount of sweetness. Great crema, low bitterness, and a flavor that holds up whether you’re making espresso or milk drinks. It’s become my go-to coffee, and the 5 lb bag is a great value for anyone brewing daily. Highly recommend!

I'm not sure if I got an older bag but after dialing in my beans and doing test shots. Each time I pulled a shot, the espresso would come out so watery. No creama and I couldn't taste the notes. I constantly tried different ways to improve it but nothing worked. I gave two stars because I like you guys.
