Pro Player Equipment Bag with Wheels

Great quality and price but Customer Service made it excellent!

While the bag was great and pricing even better, what I would like to comment on is the exceptional customer service received. In this day and age, we often forget it is the people who make a company top notch. I forgot to check a box to receive the equipment bag on my original order. I inquired about my neglect and asked if I could still receive the promotional rate. Without hesitation, I received a response I did not expect. Your customer service rep said of course and took care of everything including billing without me needing to do anything!
