Earl Grey Tea Powder

Flavorful, delicious, and better than buying from cafes

This Earl Grey is delicious. The flavor is strong, and you get a nice bergamot note. I like to make it like a matcha latte: 1.5-2 teaspoons of powder (sifted), 1-2 tablespoons of hot water, and whisked. Then pour that over a cup of milk. It tastes even better with vanilla and lavender syrups. Best Earl Grey latte I've ever tasted, and it can be easily made at home.

Love Earl Grey, love having it instantly. The best way to drink it is with lots of milk like a latte, but the process usually requires cold brewing over 12 hours to get it right. This gets rid of that so I can have an iced or hot Earl Grey latte in minutes.
