The product is great. The shipping sucked. I had to wait over a month to get my order despite the fact that I love the sneakers. I’ll never order anything from your your company ever. I was told it shipped. It said it was in Texas. They said it was there for over two weeks. Emailing back-and-forth with your customer service in Virginia or West Virginia telling me bear with us it’s on the way another 2+ weeks before it even arrived. And don’t get me started on your tracking service. It’s worse than your delivery service tells me I have to download an app to track a package. That’s absurd..

I received my shoes and they look and feel great. The only problem is I ordered too big a size. I processed an exchange that was very quick and easy to get done. I'm now anxiously waiting for the replacement pair.

Good value for the price. The shoe needs extra insole support, but I love the wider toe room. I did have a problem, which will probably keep me from buying again. After paying for the shoes and using them for more than a week my card got billed again twice! My bank informed me of the suspicious activity and I had to cancel the card.
