Felix Shorts - slim - Navy Pineapple

I ordered these on sale. I had a pair from your company that was a year old and they fit perfectly. Size 36. So I ordered six SIX pairs on sale in that size. They are so small there is no way they are a 36 they are not even a 34. My husband wears a 34 and he barely fits in them. I contacted your company knowing that they were on sale and could not be returned to see if you would make an exception since there was so many ordered and the sizing is so wrong. Got one email to give more detail and then nothing. I said I was willing to pay the return shipping just give me the shorts one size up. Heard Nothing. Very disappointed in your customer service. Now I know why they were on sale, the sizing is incorrect and it's your way of unloading them.
