I am stoked to have found this kit to convert the high powered dish to 12V. I tried another setup that failed multiple times. This option from Trio works great. The only downside is no power button. But I solved it with an inline switch on the power. Highly recommend. Don't need to wait for the advanced power supply kit from Starlink. Running well with the GL-iNet travel router.

Arrived Fast & Worked as Expected
Located in Vancouver, this arrived pretty quick. The documentation side of things leaves a bit to be desired, and the title is a tad misleading. This converter does not, in fact, power an aftermarket router. This product powers the Starlink dish, and that is all it does. Which is exactly what I wanted, but the title suggests otherwise. We are using a Peplink router which we directly wired into our boats' fuse panel. Also, the explanation of the different recommended fuse to use is a little strange. Most people will have snow melting on by default, and if the device maximally will comfortably work with a 30A fuse there is no reason to suggest that a lower amp fuse to use. So for those in the future, just use a 30A fuse and you'll be fine. Aside from these things, the product itself is great. It was easy to wire in and install, and it is super handy to remove the big Starlink power supply which would then require another big DC-AC converter which is what we were originally doing. Now we have a clean installation thanks to this product.
