Stone-Set Link Bracelet

My 2nd purchase in 2 weeks. Another beautiful piece. The moment I saw it, it was an immediate purchase. Once again fits perfectly. You guys are doing a great job, keep it up.

Ordered an 8inch bracelet and received one that measured 7 1/4 my wrist is 7.5inches so it doesn’t fit at all - I sent emails detailing my issues along with a picture showing the bracelet next to a measuring tape per customer services request and now they are asking for a video - will a video make it an 8inch bracelet like I ordered - I’m never purchasing products from this site again and will make sure all my jewelry wearing friends avoid them at all cost - I will also share my experience on social media. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.
