Taste is such a big factor me and green apple is a perfect combination of a sweet, apple, and a touch of sour. My sleep scores went up 10 points just on the first night of drinking calm before bed!!!

Been taking for a little over a week and I already notice a difference. I feel my body is more at ease and I’m sleeping through the night much better.
