Snatch

21 days in and really loving it. Super easy to follow and super similar to other programs I’ve done/past challenges I’ve completed with Cobalt. App is super easy to use, form cues explained well in videos for exercises I’m not familiar with and love the recipes provided (even though I’m not using them at the moment). Current progress/results are tracking well so very excited to see how I go with my final weigh in at the end of the 8 weeks!
