Excellent, except...

I love almost everything about these boots. 0 break in time, comfortable and flexible, good ankle protection. The only qualms I have are a) The laces are annoying to do and undo - there's a lot of friction and the quick release hooks are not so quick. And b) For a barefoot shoe, it is narrow and cuts in on the outside of the toe-box, leading to some squeezing/rubbing at the toes. A wider to-box would improve the comfort of these boots.

love the high tops.

these are great leather and also great rubber. glad I went all in for all the best specs. i've had several others but you're probably not going to find a better toe box than this. there used to be a black version of these which gave a pretty cool euromoto vibe; i don't know what happened to those ones but these boots are calling me a hipster mad max.
