Australian Young Wheatgrass

This product keeps my gut healthy, I have lots of energy and it supports skin, hair and nails. I feel the "lag" if I don't take it in the morning.

I used to grow wheatgrass myself in trays about 40 years ago and then put it through a grinder to get the juice. This is so much easier and tastes the same, so I feel it delivers all the good benefits. I was so happy to find this as I didn't keep up growing it myself. I take it every second day and alternate it with Barley, which I have only tried lately and love it. The taste of the barley is very pleasant. Wheatgrass is more harsh and a deeper green. However, I know from 40 years ago just how good it is for you.
